In specific cases, an agent might need to transfer a SnapCall call to another agent. He can do it easily in Zendesk.
During the call:
1. Click on the SnapCall icon in the top bar
2. See all available agents in your company
3. Select the agent you want to transfer the call
4. Validate by clicking on "Transfer the call"
5. Congrats your call is on its way to the other agent 👏
