It’s easy to customize your call buttons, in order to be well integrated in your website.
Here are 4 simple tips to have a bespoke call button.
Before giving you the tips, please go to your Buttons menu.
Select the call button you want to customize and click on 'Customize'
1. Inform your customers with the tooltip
You have the option to display a tooltip with your button represented by a little question mark
Use this tooltip to inform your customer with customized content like information related to the page their are located or a special offer.
You can also display some general information like your availabilities or an email address if you are not reachable by phone.

You can have maximum 3 tooltip messages and see in real time how it’s gonna be look like.
2. Fly your colors
You can easily change the color of your call button to suit your brand.
Our opinion: Keep the green color because green is the color of communication. If you want to change it, opt for a color that matches your website
3. Aesthetic first: select your design
Because everyone has an opinion you have the choice regarding the design of your call button. Do you prefer the round or the expanded version?
Maybe you already have a widget on your website that interact with the SnapCall one.
Select the location either on the left or right. You can also set a precise location using the pixels.
