A ticket is automatically created for each call with all the information of the user!
If the user is logged into your website we are able to link this call to all the previous interaction/tickets you had with this customer. You benefit from a global and valuable overview.
Even if your user hangs up the call quickly and you didn't have time to talk with him, we still create a ticket so you have all his key info to get in touch with him.
Once it's done you can easily link your SnapCall buttons to your Zendesk 😉
