SnapCall has a smooth and powerful integration with Zendesk.
You can find the SnapCall application on the Zendesk marketplace here.
1. Click on the 'Install' button and follow the classical installation steps.
2. The SnapCall icon will appear in the top bar of your Zendesk Support environment.
3. Click “Enable notifications” in order to see the notification on your desktop when you are receiving a call, even if you are not on your Zendesk environment.
4. At the bottom of the popup, you can see your Agent ID. Your Agent ID is unique, each of your colleagues has its own Agent ID.
This number is useful when you create a call button to decide who will receive the call.
Once one of your call buttons is well configured with Zendesk agents IDs you and your peers will receive calls in Zendesk full of context.
